The Coaching Core Service Agreement

This contract is an agreement entered into by and between: Samuel Clarke (or one of his Coaching representatives), hereby referred to as the Coach representing The Coaching Core and the Client whereby the Coach agrees to provide online business development coaching as agreed upon by Coach and Client, which involves the following; in-depth business development courses with videos to enhance knowledge of running an online coaching business and provide practical routes to accomplish running an online coaching business, access to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with templates to support creating funnels, automations, forms and more, a supply of content drafts and templates to support marketing efforts and increase social media exposure, engagement and growth. 

Description of Coaching: Coaching is described as an alliance between the Coach and the Client and does not represent a business relationship. It facilitates the client's personal development through the coach's professional expertise, providing strategy, structure, and education to help the Client achieve their agreed-upon results. 

Purpose of Contract: The purpose of this contract is to ensure it is hereby entered into with a full understanding of the expectations and agreement of both parties to act per the requirements of the coaching relationship. 

Service Outline: The services to be provided by the Coach to the Client are as follows: monthly recurring access to The Coaching Core Course Library (known as the Learning Core) to help the Client improve their understanding of running an online coaching business. Furthermore, included in the Learning Core, is a dedicated area with a library of social media content to use at the Client’s discretion. A CRM system is provided and an account with a multitude of templates is accessible. The aforementioned templates include but are not limited to, funnel pages for market research, lead generation strategies, payment gathering, booking systems and privacy policies, forms for collecting data and automations to ensure that those processes all run accordingly with pre-written template emails where necessary. 

The service will be provided exclusively online via a series of courses, a CRM tool provided by GoHighLevel, Google Meet meetings, Email, Instagram and WhatsApp messaging and any other agreed online method. 

The service provides monthly access, with a 3-month minimum commitment, included every month is a hosted group call allowing Clients to join a live meeting where they can get direct support. At least 1 group meeting will take place per month, however, the Coach reserves the right to cancel the group meeting at their discretion with at least 3 days notice before the meeting. Where possible the Coach will schedule a replacement call to follow at the next available time. 

A monthly 1-1 online call is carried out only for Clients who have subscribed to the relevant package, this is provided via voice/phone call or Google Meet/video call to review the previous 4 weeks of access at The Coaching Core. It is the responsibility of the Client to book this call with the Coach. Contact with the Coach is of the utmost importance but it is the responsibility of the Client to ensure the Coach is kept properly informed of disruptions to the service by the Client, including but not limited to, incomplete courses, lack of adherence to recommended social media presence, failure to complete progress reviews. 

The Coach Client relationship continues until the Coach or Client terminates the contract per the cancellation policy, outlined in this contract. 

Expectations: The expectation the Coach has of the Client is to follow the structure, advice and professional support provided. Upon agreement of this contract, the Client is expected to follow the ethos of the Coaching Core, which can be summarised as the following; The Client gets out (as results) of the experience what they put in (their own efforts) to the experience. Therefore, it is expected the Client will give their best effort at every opportunity and inform the Coach when this is not possible. 

The Client should not expect to see results if the course isn’t followed per the request of the Coach, which is laid out clearly for them shortly after the point of sign-up and they should expect true changes to their business to take a considerable amount of time. Therefore, the Client should expect to work consistently and patiently, trusting in the processes. 

Payment Policy: Payment is collected via recurring monthly payments issued on the course start date or the chosen date specified at the time of sign-up. It is the responsibility of the Client to cancel the product in line with the cancellation policy. 

Monthly payments can be paused at the discretion of the Coach when criteria such as extreme unforeseen circumstances arise. 

Cancellation Policy: As mentioned in the Payment Policy, cancellation of the service is the responsibility of the Client. The minimum cancellation notice period is one week i.e. if the Client requests to cancel less than a week before their subscription renewal date, the remainder of that month and the subsequent month must be completed. 

Cancellation of the service can only be invoked by the Client after the 3-month mark. However, the Coach reserves the right to cancel a Client’s service at any time once they have fulfilled the obligations specified in the Service Outline section of this contract. 

Refund Policy: It is the Client’s legal right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving online goods. Therefore, as access is granted immediately upon purchase, the 14 days begin from the reception of the payment. In this time if the Client has accessed, saved or downloaded any resources and continues to use these after they have requested a refund and had access removed they will be liable for legal action.
